VOA Care Collective
Care that connects the whole person.
VOA Care Collective is an integrated outpatient behavioral health program designed to make it easier for people to access the care and support they need—all in one place.
We understand that mental health, substance use, housing, relationships, physical health, and everyday life are often connected. That is why our approach looks beyond a single diagnosis or service. Care Collective brings together behavioral health professionals, substance use professionals, peer support, and care coordination to provide individualized support built around each person’s needs, strengths, and goals.
Whether someone is looking for help with their mental health, substance use, recovery, or simply figuring out where to start, our team is here to help.
Our Approach to Care
Care Collective provides person-centered, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care. This means we work with each person rather than simply providing services to them.
Care begins with understanding what is important to you. Together, we identify your needs, strengths, goals, and the services that may be most helpful. Some people may work with one provider, while others may benefit from several members of the Care Collective team working together. Our goal is to create care that feels connected, practical, and meaningful to your life.
Services Available
Mental Health Counseling
Individual counseling and therapeutic support for people experiencing mental health concerns, life transitions, trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health needs.
Substance Use Treatment
Individual and group-based support for people who want to address substance use, strengthen recovery, reduce harm, or make changes related to alcohol or other substances.
Group Services
Therapeutic and skills-based groups that provide opportunities to learn, practice new skills, connect with others, and work toward personal wellness and recovery goals.
Peer Support
Support from trained professionals who use their own lived experience with behavioral health and recovery to provide encouragement, connection, advocacy, and practical recovery support.
Care Coordination
Help connecting behavioral health care with other needs that may affect wellness and stability, including medical care, housing, benefits, community resources, and other supportive services.
Integrated Care, Built Around You
One of the things that makes Care Collective different is that our services are designed to work together. When someone has both mental health and substance use needs, they should not have to choose which concern gets addressed first. When housing instability, medical needs, transportation, or other barriers affect someone’s ability to participate in treatment, those needs matter too.
Our team works collaboratively so that care is coordinated rather than fragmented. When multiple services are involved, providers communicate and work together—with the individual’s participation—to support shared goals and reduce the burden of navigating care alone.
Who We Serve
VOA Care Collective serves individuals seeking outpatient behavioral health and recovery support, including people experiencing mental health concerns, substance use concerns, co-occurring mental health and substance use needs, and barriers that may make traditional behavioral health services difficult to access.
We serve youth (ages 13+) and adult populations.
Accepting Medicaid: Molina, Community Health Plan of Washington, Coordinated Care, Wellpoint and United Healthcare Community Plan.
