Going out on the streets and meeting youth ages 13- 24 years old where they are at, hoping to build a relationship to bring those youth who are experiencing homelessness into the building to reconnect them to services.
We provide youth with the following resources
- Street based outreach to reconnect youth with services
- Collaborate with providers to identify and serve at-risk and homeless youth
- Meet within 48 hours typically to address needs and create plan
- Never say “no” to a potential youth in need
- Provide or navigate access to
- Emergency shelter
- Counseling services
- SUD services
- Family reconciliation services
- Health insurance
- Hygiene supplies
- Emergency food/food benefits
- Legal petitions/documents
- Education
- Employment
- Housing assessments and lots more
