When donating items, we do not accept mattresses or furniture and we do not provide pick up services.

We allocate a portion of the funds raised to cover necessary administrative expenses. These costs are essential for the efficient operation and management of our fundraising efforts, ensuring that a greater portion of the contributions directly supports our core mission and projects.

VOA Eastern WA is committed to honoring donor intent and ensuring that designated funds are used for their specified purposes. However, in the event of unforeseen financial challenges, including the freezing, reduction or loss of government funding, VOA Eastern WA reserves the right to reallocate designated funds to support other essential programs and services that are within the scope of our mission. Any such reallocation will be made with careful consideration to maintain the impact and integrity of our programs while ensuring the continued sustainability of our organization. We deeply appreciate the trust and generosity of our supporters, and we remain dedicated to transparency and responsible stewardship of all contributions. If you have any questions or concerns, please call our Development Dept. at 509-862-4877
