Help Turn a House Into a Home
We need your help putting the finishing touches on their new beginning.
Alexandria’s House has provided safety, stability, and hope to pregnant and parenting young mothers experiencing homelessness in Spokane for more than three decades. Following a much-needed renovation, we are preparing to welcome young families back home. The refreshed space will provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming place for mothers and babies to begin their next chapter.
Your gift will help furnish Alexandria’s House with the everyday items that make a house feel like home. A comfortable rocking chair can provide a peaceful place for late-night feedings. A safe crib gives a newborn a place to rest. A toy box can hold childhood treasures waiting to be discovered. Most importantly, warm and welcoming bedrooms give young mothers and their babies a place to rest, grow, and build their futures together.
No matter the amount, every gift helps create a home where young families can feel safe, supported, and hopeful about what comes next.
A gift of $50 can provide a toy box for exploration.
A gift of $150 can provide a rocking chair where a mother can sing her little one to sleep.
A gift of $250 can provide a crib for a newborn’s first months of life.
A gift of $1,000 can help equip the home with essential appliances.
A gift of $2,000 can furnish an entire bedroom for a young mother and her child.
“The best way to end homelessness tomorrow is to invest in our youth today.”
