Tenacity. Vigilant. Dedicated.Those are the words to describe Chloe.When Chloe’s home became unsafe, she entered into the foster care system. Since the age of 16, she has been part of VOA’s youth program. She was determined to change her future, so she worked diligently with her case manager, and stayed in school to receive her AA in nursing! Chloe is living independently and has started a new career, as well as a family. Congratulations Chloe! We cannot wait to see your further accomplishments.
