Some people can't imagine doing what we do.
We can't imagine not doing it.

At Volunteers of America we are more than a nonprofit organization. We are a ministry of service that includes more than 80 employees and hundreds of volunteers working together to help individuals in need. Our vision is a world where all people live in safety with social, emotional and physical wellbeing, spiritual fulfillment, justice and hope. Thus, we fully support our workforce by:

  • Allowing employees every opportunity to make a personal and fulfilling contribution through offering a broad array of services and programs in Eastern Washington & Northern Idaho

  • Hosting development training, seminars, conferences and program initiatives to enable employees to reach their full potential as individuals and workers

  • Providing the proper tools, resources and materials so employees can reach out to underserved communities and offer many people a second chance at a fulfilling life.

We want our employees to be fulfilled in their work and in their relationships with colleagues. Ultimately, we are all here for the same reason: to work together and help rebuild lives.
